At Pound Fabrics, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a fabric might not be exactly what you envisioned. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt provided the fabric remains uncut and in its original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a return authorization and obtain the correct return address.

  Package Your Fabric

  Carefully fold and secure the uncut fabric in its original packaging or a sturdy alternative to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
