A plain, medium-weight velvet/velour fabric featuring a royal blue glitter effect on a black background. This fabric has a wonderful sheen in the light due to its soft velvety texture, as well as a soft drape and comfortable four way stretch. It is suitable for a range of dressmaking projects such as tops, evening wear dresses, fancy dresses, skirts, and more.
